This Pro-Tessar 'add-on' lens was made for the 1950's-1960's Contaflex 35mm single-lens-reflex cameras made by Zeiss Ikon of Germany, specifically the models III, IV, Rapid, Super, Super B, and Super BC.

The lens is not complete in itself as the rear lens group and aperture mechanism is part of the camera. Unfortunately, this means it can not be easily adapted for use on other cameras.
